  • What are your payment methods?
    1- CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS YLS accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide for the fastest order processing. For any of the following cards ( Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo) you can use our PayPal checkout option which is quick and easy (you don't need a PayPal account to do this) 2- PAYPAL PayPal payments are also accepted.   • Do i have to pay sales tax?
    In some countries sales taxes are charged please check it with your credit card company. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). For returns, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s)
  • Has My Order Shipped?
    You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. To check the status of your order, click the "My Settings / My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site.
  • What is my tracking number and how do i track my order?
    All tracking information is sent to your email once your order is shipped. You can also click the "My Settings / My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. If you have any questions or concerns, send us an email at or live chat.
  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    Click the "My Settings / My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.   • Items are incorrect or missing from my order
    Click the "My Settings / My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance
  • My order never arrived or never received
    Click the "My Settings / My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.   • Returns and exchanges
    YLS offers a 7day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days as long as they are unused, unworn, undamaged and in new condition. If you have not received the correct item or the item is defective or damaged, you may return the item in its original condition including all original tags and packaging to us within 7 days. Please Note: An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) MUST be obtained within 30 days of receiving your goods before returning any item. We must receive your return within 14 days of generating the RMA number. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed.* *All orders that are shipped with the Tax etc. We do not pay for returning items or either pay for postal fees . Returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted, or items that were not shipped in error are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.   • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM IN 3 EASY STEPS
    Step 1: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain this "RMA" number from our customer service representatives via email or phone. (You must obtain an "RMA" number before shipping your item. Any returned goods without an RMA number may not be accepted and any refund or exchange may be forgone). Step 2: Package your item(s). Be sure to package your items properly. Any items returned that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. Please write your name, your order number and the "RMA" number on the outside of your package. This will ensure correct and quick processing time. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the package is posted correctly. YLS is not responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to us. Step 3: Ship your item(s) to us. You must pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s). If the item is being returned due to our error, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges incurred once we have received the returned goods and the item is inspected and approved for resale.
